Ingredients
2cupsshredded lettuce (ice burg lettuce)
1 smallRed/yellow pepper
1/4 cupgreen onion (diced)
1/4cupfrozen peas (thawed)
3 TBSblack olives (sliced)
1smalltomato (diced)
3stripsbacon (cooked and diced)
1/2cupshredded cheese
1/4cupMayonnaise
1TBSHoney
Salt Pepper
Directions
Wash and dice all vegetables. Thaw out frozen peas.
Cook bacon over med heat and make it crispy. Dice.
Mix mayonnaise and honey in a small bowl and set aside.
In a large serving bowl, place lettuce. Then add tomato, yellow pepper, and green peas.
Then spread mayonnaise mixture.
Spread shredded cheese on top. Garnish with olives, green onion and bacon.
Cover with plastic wrap and keep in the fridge over night. Next day it is ready.
Notes
You can purchase regular ice burg lettuce and cut.
