Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded cabbage

  • 1 small carrot (sliced thin)

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 TBS Apple cider vinegar

  • 2 TBS Mayonnaise

  • Salt Pepper

Directions

  • Wash and cut cabbage and carrot (or use already shredded one). Drain well.
  • Mix vinegar, honey, salt pepper and mayonnaise well.
  • Add cabbage and carrot to the coleslaw juice. Mix well and refrigerate about 1 hour.
