Eggs in the Hole

Ingredients: 2 large eggs; 2 slices bread; 2 TBS Butter; salt pepper

I first learned this dish from a comedy movie called “Moonstruck.” The main character was making this dish and I was very interested and since then I started to add in my repartee.

Prepare breakfast meat such as bacon and ham.

Ingredients

2 large eggs
2 slices bread
2 TBS Butter
salt pepper

Directions

Cut a hole in a slice bread so that you can place egg in.
Heat large size frying pan, add 1 TBS butter and melt. Put bread and cook one side.
When one side is done, flip the bread. Crack an egg slowly in each hole. Cover. Lower heat.
When eggs are done, remove from the pan. Serve with breakfast meat.
