This is just a steak cooked with salt and pepper. One difference is adding garlic butter and it adds so much flavor. Add side dishes and it makes a special dinner.

Ingredients
25 oztenderloin steaks
1TBSolive oil
2TBSgarlic butter (see recipe below)
salt pepper
Directions
Take out the steaks from the fridge and keep it room temperatures for about 30 min before cooking.
Salt pepper generously on the steaks.
Heat medium sized thick frying pan over high heat. Add olive oil.
Place the steak and cook about 5 min until it gets golden brown. Turn and cook the other side. Cook about 3 to 4 min (depending on the thickness of the steak)
Remove from the heat and keep them in aluminum foil for 5 min.
