Use store bought frozen pie shell.
Ingredients
1frozen pie shell
3largeeggs
4slicesbacon (diced, cooked and drained)
1/4poundham (diced)
1/4smallonion (diced and sauteed)
somecooked spinach or broccoli flowers (cooked diced)
1cupheavy cream
1/2packageshredded cheddar cheese (mixed cheese)
salt pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven 350 F degree.
Prepare the frozen pie shell. Poke holes with a fork at the bottom of the pie.
Dice and cook bacon. Set aside. Dice hams.
Cook broccoli flowers and cut up pieces. Dice and sauté onions until tender. Set aside.
Beat eggs in a bowl and mix well. Combine with fresh cream. Mix well.
In the pie shell, place vegetables, ham and bacon. Add cheese. Salt pepper.
Pour the mix of eggs and cream into the pie shell.
Bake in the oven until golden brown about 30 min. Inset a toothpick and it is done when the pick is clear.
