Burrata is a soft, fresh Italian cheese made from cow’s milk. It looks like a mozzarella but inside is super creamy.
You can eat with salt and pepper or add some oil and vinegar. I like to eat like Caprese salad with tomato and basil. It really goes well with French bread.

Ingredients
1packageBurrata
2smalltomatoes
1bunchbasil (fresh)
2TBSExtra virgin olive oil
2tspBalsamic vinegar
someSalt and pepper
someBugget (optional)
Directions
Remove burrata from the package and cut in a half.
Wash tomatoes. You can cut if you like that way.
On a plate, place the burrata, tomato and garnish with basil leaves.
Sprinkle salt and pepper. Put some olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
It goes well with French bread or rustic Italian bread. Enjoy.
