Ingredients
2slicespork loin
2clovesgarlic (minced)
1tspThyme and rosemary (fresh and diced)
1TBSlemon juice
2TBSolive oil
salt pepper
Directions
Salt pepper pork loin generously. slice the fat parts so that the meat won't shrink when cooked. (as seen in the photo)
Dice garlic and herbs. Mix with oil and lemon juice. Baste on the pork on both sides.
Keep in the fridge (marinate) at least 3 hours.
Heat mid size frying pan over high heat, put some olive oil and cook the pork both side until golden brown (1 side 4 min and the other about 3 min)
