Garlic Rosemary Pork

Juicy and flavorful, these rosemary-garlic pork chops make for a quick main dish. Serve with favorite potatoes, rice pilaf  or a quick side salad. This marinade is also great for lamb chops.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices pork loin

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tsp Thyme and rosemary (fresh and diced)

  • 1 TBS lemon juice

  • 2 TBS olive oil

  • salt pepper

Directions

  • Salt pepper pork loin generously. slice the fat parts so that the meat won't shrink when cooked. (as seen in the photo)
  • Dice garlic and herbs. Mix with oil and lemon juice. Baste on the pork on both sides.
  • Keep in the fridge (marinate) at least 3 hours.
  • Heat mid size frying pan over high heat, put some olive oil and cook the pork both side until golden brown (1 side 4 min and the other about 3 min)
