It’s very old recipe and I made this so many times. And it is always very popular. Surprisingly it takes only 5 ingredients. Pie shell, pear, egg, cream and sugar. Try and it will be your favorite recipe too.

Once it is done, cool it in the fridge more than 5 hours before serving.
Ingredients
1frozen pie shell
1canhalf pears (large)
1 & 1/2cupwhipped cream
1largeegg
1TBSSugar (or honey)
1tspVanilla extract
5Prunes (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degree.
Take out the frozen pie shell and poke some holes with a fork.
Remove pears and pat dry. Place the pears in the pie shell. (if some prunes are available add )
Make custard mix with cream, egg, sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Pour the custard mix in the pie shell. Place in the oven and bake about 40 min until the custard is settled. (poke with a toothpick and the toothpick should be clear)
Once it gets cool, keep in the fridge about 5 hours until you serve.
