Creamy Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are party favorites and perfect for all kinds of gatherings or even a quick snack.

You can change the egg mixture with different kind of ingredients, ham, sausage, pickles and cheese. My recipe is super simple but tasty.

Cooking tips: Do not overcook eggs. Use Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise if you have for creamier taste.

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1 TBS Mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp Chopped dill pickles

  • 1 tsp Cream cheese

  • Hot sauce, salt, pepper

  • Parsley or black olive for garnish

  • Paprika for garnish

Directions

  • In a pot, put cold water, eggs and boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 min after boiling.
  • Put the eggs in ice cold water for 10 min. Peel shells. Cut the eggs in half.
  • Egg mixture - Take out all egg yolks and place them in a small bowl.
  • Mash the egg yolks and add mayonnaise, cream cheese, pickles, hot sauce and salt/pepper.
  • Spoon the egg yolk mixture in the egg white. Garnish with parsley and olives.
