Beautiful plump shrimp and savory garlic oil sauce with doubles as an awesome dipping sauce for crusty baguette toast. It is easy to make: put all ingredients in a pot and cook about 5 minutes, and it’s ready.
If you are allergic to shrimp, you can use mushrooms instead.

Ingredients
10med sizeFrozen (thawed) Shrimp
3clovesGarlic
1/2cupOlive oil
1TBSFresh Parsley
Hot chili flakes , salt and pepper
1/4cupWhite wine
1/4tspChicken stock flakes
Directions
Thaw out the frozen shrimp, add some white wine. (for fresh shrimp, clean and remove shells and devein)
In a medium pot, put some olive oil and cook shrimp about 1 min.
Add the rest of the olive oil, garlic, chicken stock, and simmer about 10 min.
Taste and add chili, salt and pepper.
This dish is also a great dipping sauce for French bread.
Notes
This dish can be served hot or at room temp. Add mushrooms if you like.
