Ingredients

  • 1 TBS Butter

  • 1 tsp flour

  • 1 cup Milk

  • Salt Pepper

Directions

  • Heat med size pot over med heat and add butter.
  • When butter is melted, add flour and mix and cook. Stir constantly. Cook 1 min.
  • Add milk and keep mixing and stirring until the sauce gets thicker slightly. Lower heat.
  • When sauce gets runny, add chicken stock and cheese. Mix well. Salt pepper to taste.

Notes

  • This cheese sauce is great for cooked vegetables and porched eggs.
