Salt Pepper
Directions
Heat med size pot over med heat and add butter.
When butter is melted, add flour and mix and cook. Stir constantly. Cook 1 min.
Add milk and keep mixing and stirring until the sauce gets thicker slightly. Lower heat.
When sauce gets runny, add chicken stock and cheese. Mix well. Salt pepper to taste.
Notes
This cheese sauce is great for cooked vegetables and porched eggs.
