The Cobb salad is an American garden salad made with chopped salad greens, tomato, bacon, turkey breast, hard-boiled eggs, avocado, chives, blue cheese and red wine vinaigrette. I call this salad “cleaning fridge salad” and put whatever I can find in the fridge and that is good too.

Ingredients is your choice. You can add various ingredients.
Ingredients
1/2 to 1headlettuce (diced) about 2 cups
1largetomato (diced ) or cherry tomatoes
2stalkscelery (diced) optional
1packageBacon (cooked)
1 packageHam (about 1/4 pound)
1/4cupShredded cheese (of your choice)
2largeboiled eggs
Dressing of your choice
Directions
Wash and dice lettuce leaves and dry them.
Wash and dice vegetables (celery and tomatoes).
Dice and cook bacon. Set aside.
Cut other ingredients, such as ham and boiled eggs.
In a large serving bowl or plate, put lettuce on the bottom, and cover with other ingredients.
Keep it in the fridge until you serve. Use dressing of your choice.
