Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup meat juice (after cooking chicken)

  • 1 tsp flour

  • 1/2 cup Chicken stock and water

  • Salt pepper butter

Directions

  • After baking (cooking) roast chicken, remove chicken and vegetables (if any) from the pan. Take the left over juice and put it in a pot.
  • Heat the pot over med heat and sprinkle flour. Whisk well and keep stirring the sauce.
  • Add chicken stock and water and continue to cook. It's done when it gets thicker.
  • Using a strainer, strain the sauce. Put in a bowl and serve with the meat.
