Balsamic vinegar and extra virgin oil go well with bread but add some grated parmesan cheese to make it a creamier taste. Please use quality oil and vinegar. For balsamic vinegar, balsamic extract can be used too.

Super easy but delicious way to start a meal or a party. Crusty bread and oil dipping sauce.
Ingredients
2TBSExtra virgin olive oil (1 TBS each)
2tspBalsamic vinegar (1tsp each)
Grated parmesan cheese
4-6 sliceItalian or French bread
Directions
Slice bread (toast if you prefer)
For each small dipping plate, add oil, vinegar and parmesan cheese
Dip the bread and enjoy
Notes
Use high quality olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Balsamic glaze can be used instead. If you don't have any cheese, just omit it and it is still tasty.
