Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound Ahi (tuna sashimi grade)

  • 2 TBS Mayonnaise (Japanese)

  • 1/2 tsp sriracha sauce (hot sauce)

  • green onion and sesame seed (optional)

  • wasabi (optional)

Directions

  • Prepare Ahi by dicing very small. Remove white parts if you see them.
  • In a bowl, put diced ahi, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce (and green onion, sesame seeds and wasabi)
  • Cool it in the fridge until serving.
  • Eat with vinegared sushi rice or eat as appetizer with crackers.
